		<description>This is the actual testimony to congress to advise them how to spend the budgetted funds for mTBI and PTSD.  The report has listed BCI as a fundable technique which should get NF proposals actually in the funded mix, and the use of &quot;EEG with digital analysis&quot; to cover the use of qEEG.  EEG and ERPs were listed as assessment approaches... and mTBI Discriminant use was specifically not included.
